Quiet clean rooms... staff was helpful, gym room and complimentary breakfast was a plus

Nice place to stay, the only thing that was off were the bathroom size.

Clean room, quick check in

I came in late to check in - the lady (desk clerk) wasn't friendly, didn't greet us. Wasn't much help at trying to locate my Expedia confirmation, told me to contact Expedia to find out what happened to my reservation. Stated that she is unable to help me, so we had to purchase another room for the night, since it was late and we just wanted to sleep. Expedia had me on the phone for several hours, trying to find out what happened to my reservation, at the end they final refunded me the money from Expedia. This was a terrible experience, never thought this would happen. Excspecially from the hotel/motel & Expedia.

We stayed in window rock on our way back home after a long roadtrip. I really enjoyed our stay here, even if it was only for the night. The beds were comfortable, the check in process was smooth, and I really appreciated the small details and things staff did to welcome us. I’d love to make the drive out and stay again.
