We stayed for five nights and never received housekeeping despite requesting it. We had to go to the front desk to obtain clean towels, toilet paper, & trash bags. We eventually put our bagged trash out in the hall to be picked up. On the fourth night the kind front desk clerk came up to our room & took care of our trash. At 3:00 am on our fourth night housekeeping pounded on our door waking us up; they had come to collect our dirty towels!! My credit card was charged for five nights on the first night of our stay. However, our room key was deactivated after the fourth night. We were given “reactivated” keys, which still did not work & staff had to key us into our room. We were refunded one night of our stay at checkout for the inconvenience. The “free” breakfast was very limited & did not offer healthy options beyond apples & oranges. The refrigerator in our room was not working properly. It froze some of our drinks & food. We adjusted the temperature but items continued to freeze in the refrigerator portion of the refrigerator. The front desk staff were very friendly & tried to be helpful.
