Room was extremely outdated, pillows completely flat, bed hard and uncomfortable. Toilet stained. Water pressure non existent Kids running up and down the halls slamming doors had to call front desk after 10pm. Parking garage is a nightmare having to cross the street with piles of snow. Hotel smelled like it had a gas leak.

The room was not what I was expecting! They put me in a handicapped room without asking me! I did not book this accommodation. I was informed that when I book with a third party that means I automatically get that room! I wasn’t aware of that. The room was dated very dark beds were too low and uncomfortable! The bathroom wasn’t very clean and only 3 towels and the conditioner in the shower was empty! Not enough coffee Keurig cups. When I checked out I made my concerns known to the person at the desk and she was accommodating. She was concerned about my unhappiness in my stay so she onto pay for my parking ticket. I thought that was nice of her. Overall I don’t think I’ll be staying there again sadly.
