The fact that the hotel itself has splash pools for toddlers and younger kids both indoors and outdoors makes it worth the stay alone. Even on a rainy morning my kid had the convenience of an indoor water park and slide to play in. The laundry facilities were a little limited, with just one machine that I could find, but it was fine. The surrounding area has so much to do that we definitely need to make a return trip to see and experience more.

This is our first time booking this hotel and I have to say that we were not impressed or satisfied. The room was small and did not smell clean, the carpet had several stains and the bathroom was small as well. The sink is set up outside the bathroom. Breakfast was not the greatest and it so busy the food kept running out of food and took the staff a while to refill the empty trays of food. We decided to go have breakfast somewhere else. The pool had so much chlorine that it made my eyes burn and discomfort. The cost was not cheap for the 4 nights. We will go somewhere else next time we go to Wisconsin Dells.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The pool area was a blast for our toddler. The room towels and toilet paper were awful quality. The bed wasn’t the greatest. The breakfast area was not equipped to handle a full hotel on a holiday weekend. There was no where to sit either day we were there and they ran out of food both times. Other hotel visitors were also very rude. For this reason we will not be back.

Front desk mateus was superb. Friendly efficient.only issue is toliet in 210 drips. Pool was really nice. Plenty if towels good hot tub. Best breakfast ever!!! Fresh ground coffee and everything else imaginable.Healthy options and lots of goodies too.

Front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with lots of options and plenty of seating. The pools were good and our kids had lots of fun (ages 9 and 11). They maybe were on the older end of the age range to enjoy these pool features but still had fun. We were on the top floor and near the stairwell with a heavy door but it ended up being very quiet! I was surprised how quiet it was in fact. The only down side was the upkeep of the rooms and hallways. Our room did not look like a vacuum had run through it at all and there were lots of carpet stains and a few sticky spots. The tub was very clean but again, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped. The toilet wasn't secured properly and felt like it was going to tip. Hallways weren't cleaned well either. All in all, it was a fine stay but I'm not sure we would be back.

Great hotel with pool for kids

Stayed here with kids while in town for boat tour and Wizard Quest. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool and breakfast was great.

If you can choose to stay here!

The pool area was amazing. There is an outdoor and indoor pool which is great. It wasn’t too cold and everyone seemed to be very respectful of everyone’s space. The first room we had there was a stain on the mattress and a dirty rag behind the bathroom door. When we brought it to the staffs attention they gave us a different room and apologized. Check in was smooth and there was definitely enough parking. We had breakfast in the morning and it seemed they had a little trouble keeping up with how busy it was but had a nice variety. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the dells!

Will not be a repeat customer at this particular WI Dells location. I love the New Richmond hotel counterpart. The room smelled like a mix of smoke and mold and mildew. All of our clothing and luggage stunk for days later, and I had to wash it all as soon as we got home from vacation. That’s not something you wanna do after vacation. The breakfast looked appealing until I saw that most of the food needed replenishing but was not being replenished by staff. The only good part were the front desk staff. They were excellent. I did not request a new room because my children said that would be embarrassing for them. I was so glad when checkout time came.
