The pool was freezing, the toilet didn't flush right, tried to get a plunger, and it took forever; breakfast was a disaster each morning. Multiple things were empty, took 30 minutes to refill, and were still frozen when it was brought out. Employees were lost and clueless. Wearing headphones and not even trying to help anyone.

Breakfast was plain. Eggs, sausage and pancakes Noisy rooms. You can hear everything in your room from the halllway. Beds are hard. Showers have cloth curtains so you flood the bathroom. This by far is the worst HI I've stayed at.
