The pictures we saw online were very different from the actual room. We pulled up in front of the room and noticed the actual landscape was in disarray, the access board walk to the room needed to be painted years before. The paint was peeling and a lot of the wood did not have paint on it. The room had green carpet that was in hotels in the 70s. The AC unit sounded like a freight train when the compressor was running. The room table needed to be sanded downed and varnished. The bed was hard, lumpy, and extremely uncomfortable!

Property is in great location. Easy to get to all attractions. Price was ok. Didn't like the timeshare pitch. For a company wanting you to spend a lot of money on a timeshare, their property needs a lot of work. Wifi didn't work the whole time, even after reporting 1st day. Place was cleaned only on the surface, the corners and underneath was dirty and filled with spiders and cob webs. The place was very dated including ammenities like pool, tennis courts, etc. No lighting in parking areas. Overall not any better than a hotel/motel in the same area. Not a good impression for a company wanting me to get a time share. Staff was kind until you say no to time share talk. Kitchen functional and laundry available in unit.

We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.

The room was clean, staffing was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but there was no bacon. Little outdated

Very old and worn furniture. Tub jets nasty and not working properly. Bathroom floor was very dirty. Deck was so dirty and grime on all the walls, we couldn’t sit outside. We left a day early!

Rm 262, the bathtub spout/shower diverter needs CLR or replaced. The breakfast spread was good but please use real eggs.

Clean room, a plethora of amenities, and an all around enjoyable experience that made us feel at home even over 200 miles away.
