The room was a bit small and they had the tv infront of one bed only and a dresser right beside it so you couldn’t really see the tv from the other bed. Staff were great, beds comfy, pillows nice, view of city was good, the area was cute right by the water and a walking area to go sit and look at the water

Parking is horrible but I guess that's a given due to the location of the hotel. There is onsite parking which is VERY limited as well as a covered garage on the other side of the street (garage is owned by the city but the hotel can bill directly to your bill with in/out privledges). Other than that the view from the room was nice (riverside view) and the location was great as there were lots of dining options and trail to walk. The room was a decent size too. Hotel is small in itself (waiting room, hallway, dining room, etc). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in/out process was great. It would be helpful to have a designated spot for people checking in so they can bring in their items, check in and then move their vehicle to the applicable spot.

Overall atmosphere...calm and peaceful. Property/room was clean very comfortable. What I didn't like .. firstly, Air in hallway was a bit musty, need to place air refreshers in hallway as the hallway is narrow and it is carpeted. Secondly, hotel needs to improve on breakfast, can't be just eggs and baked beans. Although other items were there, pancakes, dry cereal etc, instead of just baked beans, maybe some hash browns, sauted potatoes with onions, also turkey could be sauteed with onions, green peppers etc. breakfast was just okay.

Our room was ready for an early check in. The beds were very comfortable. Location was very convenient to Windsor Caesar Theatre (easy 3 block walk).

No room to park. The guy in the suit last night was intimidating and rude. Following us through the parking lot and coming to our car being extremely condescending and acting like he was going to catch us not supposed to be there. He then acted like I was getting an attitude and followed us all the way into the building to make sure we actually had a reservation. Then I woke up this morning after sleeping in the bed and I had bug bites all over my knees and hands. I would like a refund.

Great view of the water front. Walking distance to the casino. We were surprised when we arrived and there wasn’t enough parking for every guest. We did have to park in a parking garage off the property, which although wasn’t to far of a distance away, was still inconvenient, and because we have a large truck, the antenna was scarping the roof of the parking garage well parking. Aside from that our stay was great.
