I'm writing to share my disappointing check-in experience. Upon arrival, the office was locked with a note saying 'back in 5 minutes' and directing me to call a given number. However, when I called, the person on the other end claimed it was the wrong number. I received another call from a different number, and despite explaining the situation, the person again said it was the wrong number. I ended up waiting outside for an hour, exploring alternative options. When staff finally arrived, I shared the phone incident, but they brushed it off, saying "it can happen" without any further explanation. It took another hour to finally get my room. The whole experience was frustrating and inefficient.
