Wilmington Vacation Packages

As we were staying there this past weekend 7/30/2026-8/2/2026 for a tournament weekend we stayed at this facility, as we arrived it definitely is out dated and needs a deep clean. As we went into our rooms the beds are very uncomfortable and very “springy”. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so nothing really ever dried. Even with the ac in it seemed very humid in our room. No housekeeping for our entire stay and when I asked they told me I needed to request housekeeping. The next morning I went and requested for housekeeping to come in and to my surprise they told me they were booked for the day. I was definitely confused. I asked for towels which they did bring to me but unless I went to front desk we were not going to get clean towels. They stated they wanted us to throw our dirty towels in the hall next to our door along with the bags of garbages. I felt like I worked there too.

Really well kept friendly staff and was overall a joy to stay at The Perch! No complaints what so ever.
