My daughter and I stayed here overnight for a Williams visit. Very convenient, upscale hotel - basically in the middle of campus. My daughter did not like the modern farmhouse vibe, but I thought it worked well with the location.

Check in at front desk was with a person (male, not an Anglo name) who was very upset and rude. Badmouthed the hotel and the cleaning staff because they wouldn't return his walkie talkie message asking if room was ready. Not offered an upgrade, got a $7.00 bottle of wine. Not a big deal. It was very loud in the hallways at night and in the morning at 9 am by the cleaning staff.

The Williams Inn is very close to Williams college and the Clark museum, both in walking distance. Very good food and services. The place is new or remodeled. Water and coffee available at each floor. I like the decor a lot. One thing that I didn't give a 5 stars is that the room clean service didn't clean the hard floor area. I did put a five dollar bill for tips before I left.

We had a very nice 3 day stay over the Memorial Day weekend. Very comfortable and well kept inn. The restaurant is excellent and moderately priced. The area is interesting with museums and hiking trails. Williamstown is an attractive college town.

A delightful property in every way. We had comfy beds, lots of quiet (our rooms were adjacent to the elevator and we never heard a peep), loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Enjoyed the public spaces and the restaurant. Easy parking, steps from Spring Street. I could go on and on, but the summary is I’d be so pleased to stay here again.
