The staff is lacking professionalism and proper training. At check in I was given a key to another guest room. When I opened the door another guest was present. I returned the key and was assigned another room. No apology was offered. In the morning, I was awaken by housekeeping, as she knocked and entered the room at 9:15 AM. She returned twice more after I told her I was checking out at 11AM. At checkout I found out the room I was assigned to was not entered into hotel's computer system under my name.nI was assigned to a different room. Again, I was given a key to a room that was not assigned to me. I informed the front desk manager of the lack of safety and security issue , but she appeared to be unconcerned and dismissive regarding my safety concerns.

My stay and room was fantastic.

Had an amazing stay!!! Will come back again!
