Although this property was close to the west entrance of Yellowstone & within walking distance to the main streets with shopping, restaurants, etc. it was old & overpriced for what they offered. Ice machine was not working. Check-in area did not open until 7 so couldn't get coffee & no coffee maker in rooms. Water pressure also very poor.

The KEY (yes, an actual metal key) given for room did not work well. Had to return to front desk for replacement. The door to the room was wood and was cracked. There was no way to turn the shower head on. The beds are on wood frames and when trying to access the electric receptacle the mattress fell off. We are senior citizens and were given a room on second floor in another building. Had to lug suitcases up 14 stairs.

Hotel is convent for the location, but is it very run down and not nice. Wifi does not work in the rooms. Room want clean but wasn’t dirty. Overall very shabby and out dated. Pillows are terrible, bed was convertible.
