I guess this place is expensive because of the location. Definitely not because this hotel is great. The lobby is nice. But the rooms are beat up. They are very small. I had the A/C on 60 the whole 5 days I was there. It was still hot and muggy in there. I had to bring my tiny fan to the room to get some type of air in the room. A very large yellow stain was on the comforter (see picture). I will not stay here again. There are tons of hotels in west Yellowstone. All of them are old. None of them are nice. So, you are just choosing the location, not something nice. Just don’t pick this hotel. It’s too expensive for what they are offering.

Nice hotel that was clean and in a great location. Only downside was a pretty feeble breakfast. Probably a bit on the pricy side too, but very comfortable after a day in the park. Really nice staff too.

I appreciated the hotel's stylish lobby and its convenient location. Good wifi. Unfortunately, the breakfast had a limited variety of options; for example, they didn't offer scrambled eggs/omelette and protein/links/sausages. The main course was boiled eggs and cereal. At some point, I even stopped eating breakfast at the hotel. Unlike the mentioned lobby, the room was, to put it mildly, not modern and lacked good ventilation. But overall, the hotel was a decent value for the money.

Property was nice and homey. The lounge area was beautiful. The room was okay. It was small but nice. The bathroom needed updates but other than that good! Staff was okay most days. Other days they didn’t say anything to you. But overall I would give it a 4.2/5. Area is great!

We had a large group here for a few nights. We loved it! Its a cozy inn, the staff were all friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable, breakfast was kind of meh, but does the job of a continental breakfast. Easy walking down the Main Street and surrounding.

The facility is old but still quite solid. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Food is the only area I found somewhat lacking: there's no hot breakfast, such as scrambled eggs, bacon/sausages, or potatoes, but only cold (refrigerated) ones, plus the option of bread toasting or waffle making on your own.

Loved the decor of the hotel and the grand staircase in the lobby. The bathroom was a little dirty in the corners. There was no counter space for toiletries. The sink was round and in a corner - awkward. Loud neighbors but not the fault of the hotel. Minutes away from park entrance.

I didn't expect all the comforts of home but we were there to see Yellowstone not sit in a hotel room. The room was adequate for our needs. Clean, AC worked good, instant hot water in the bathroom, plenty of clean towels. I would have liked the towels to be closer to the shower instead of across the room. I shared the room with my 2 grandsons ages 11 and 13 so had to dress in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have a place to set the clothes I was putting on. The room adjoined to my grandson's parent's room so we left the connecting door open most of the time. That was a plus.
