Front desk was very nice and housekeeping did a good job. Place is dated, everything in my 4th floor room was tired- tub, chipped and worn. Duvet and bed linens thin. Mattress was comfortable. Carpets in rooms and hall rugs need replacing. Pool was ok- but needs some attention to decking, doors and aging windows. Good staff. Interior Physical appearance and quality need serious upgrading. Great location-

Overall, an amazing experience. Hotel and service was impeccable. Room was really terrific. The only issue was that I snagged my dress jacket on a nail that was sticking out on one of their dinning room chairs. The restaurant manager came over and indicated that the ‘hotel’s tailor’ would take care of it. Not sure that the hotel even had a tailor and it was Labor Day weekend as well. No one from the hotel ever followed up.
