How on earth this place has such good reviews is beyond me. It’s actually really frustrating because we depend on reviews to decide whether to book a place or not. I could write an entire novel about our ordeal this evening, but let me just say - definitely don’t book this or the sister location down the street (same owners) through Hotels.com because the owners are too stupid to put the correct phone numbers on file with Hotels.com so a refund couldn’t be issued despite there being BLACK MOLD!!! I have MCAS and within just 30 minutes of standing halfway in the room and half way in the hallway while we tried to figure out what to do, I started to get hives and have trouble breathing. Thankfully I had Benadryl and an epi pen on me, as always, but it was absolutely egregious how bad the mold was in that room. Then they sent us down the street to the sister location since the gentleman couldn’t help with issuing a refund due to the owner’s incompetence. And that one has been “remodeled” but it’s still a dump. My husband and MIL got STUCK in the elevator. Everything is just DIRTY! The cleaners at both locations are either 1. Horrible at their jobs or 2. So under staffed that they are unable to do the job correctly. Based on the 2 owners not being able to even handle something as basic as putting the correct phone number on file for their OWN businesses I’m guessing it’s a mixture of both. Clean rooms, little less space but manageable

Needed to watch the world cup soccer match but the staff had no idea what tv channel it was on and were not very helpful

The tv was frustrating to use, I also told them I was going to pay in cash and when I left someone else was at the front desk and didn’t know how to do that. I use to stay here often and loved it. My room was also small and didn’t have a nice view. Loud noises from the street as well

Seemed a bit like a business travelers hotel / sometime wedding venue. It was clean and in working order. We did not try the restaurant which might be good. Nothing particularly special, and a bit high priced for the Lancaster location on Transit road.
