"Villa at the water's edge"
Easy going, relaxing stay. Short walk to the villas from the lobby and bar which made for quiet evenings. Nice staff and convenient restaurant.

"Great, quiet hotel close to West End"
The staff at Frenchman's made our visit great. Check in was easy (our room was ready early), staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort had everything we needed, with a small beach where we could look for seaglass and shells to a small pool. It was windy so we didn't try out the kayaks or snorkeling. Great views! Our accommodations were clean and spacious for four people. They had water and wine waiting for us in the refrigerator. Recommend renting a car to see the island as West End is about a 20 minute drive from Roadtown and taxis are expensive. There are lots of great beaches on the north shore but be ready for some rough roads if you go to Smuggler's Cove. It's much quieter than Cane Garden Bay and there aren't as many people from the cruise ships.

"Best bang for your buck on Tortola!"
After researching every single property on Tortola, we can confidently say that Ke Villas is the best place to stay for travelers who want the best bang for their buck! (Sure, there are more luxurious accommodations on Tortola, but they will cost you more than double!) Ke Villas' owners are fantastic and have done a great job at keeping their rooms spotlessly clean and providing travelers with thoughtful amenities — nice fluffy beach and bath towels, toiletries, WiFi, TV, a microwave and a mini fridge. Bonuses: everything looks brand new! The housekeepers clean and tidy your room daily! The owners are on site which makes you feel extra safe! There's plenty of room to park your car! You can enjoy a gorgeous ocean view from your terrace! The best all-you-can-eat BBQ and live band (Friday nights at SugarMill's beach-front restaurant) is just down the road (1-minute drive)!

"A wonderful, serene spot."
I was looking for a small, comfortable resort away from the airport and Road Town bustle but not so isolated that it would be difficult to get to a convenience store (for our kitchen needs) and to other restaurants and sights. Fort Recovery filled the bill. It's at the West End of the island. Sopers Hole is close with a huge marina and lots of shops and restaurants. THere's a ferry pier close that offers trips to St. Thomas, St. John, and Jost Van Dyke. The villa was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable and had gorgeous views of sunsets and St.John and other smaller islands. The beach is steps away and very private. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We had breakfast there and Idet made up whatever we wanted and it was delicious. Justin was very attentive and helped us arrange our itinerary of daily activities. I would definitely recommend Fort Recovery for a delightful stay.

"Reasonably priced West End Location"
The hotel is about as far out as you can go west on Tortola. Right on the marina. Restaurant associated with the hotel was directly across for rooms. They don't serve breakfast. NB many rooms have only shared bath. Ferry traffic, etc. can be a bit noisy. First floor has a gorgeous lounge area to sit and read. Pity the coffee machine didn't work.

West End is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in West End, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your West End hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
