We had a wonderful stay! Both pools were amazing, and the staff was super nice and welcoming. A big plus was the citronella they spray early morning —there were noticeably fewer bugs at night, which made sitting outside much more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The shuttle to Lot 6 was nice. The map was useless for finding things. Too many things were closed on Monday.

The pools were the star for my grandkids. The evenings were cool but the outdoor pool was heated keeping kids happy. I wish I knew there was free coffee before the last day! It wasn’t verbally told to us at check-in. We also found out on the last night of available spaces for social gatherings playing games etc. There should be a written notice of amenities available. Other Hotels give you a list of WiFi passwords and other options available to the guests. We didn’t know what was available. Too bad as it was otherwise a great vacation but it put a damper on it.

Great place to stay! Beautiful location in Waterbury, VT. Walking distance to Prohibition pig and other great restaurants. Love all of the books and antiques.

It was cheap so you get what you pay for I guess. They are renovating it slowly and I imagine it is a huge undertaking. I felt the signage was lacking and hard to figure out where our room was and where to park. Front desk staff were kind of rude. I wouldn’t stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff in this hotel treats you like you were family. One person in particular was David he was the night clerk. I was in town on business and I had forgotten my phone charger my phone was almost dead and he let me use his own personal one.ive never had that happen in any other facility. Then let me talk about the beds...most comfortable of all. Its the best night's I've had in forever
