We checked in at 11:00 p.m., but our room wasn't ready until 12:30 a.m. The delay was very frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly or helpful, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Beautiful historical hotel. Front desk was pleasant. We only were stopping on our way to Canada.

You only get 1 room key nit 2 because the machine wasn’t working broken. Done people checked in and didn’t get any key card at all. Sad Upon arrival checked in to 2 rooms booked. Immediately had to get 1 room changed due to horrible smell from recent pipe burst and toilet running for over 20 mins. Kiara the nice employee changed the room no problem. Next room better but security bolt on door was missing. 2nd room key card was inactivated accidentally by me but I couldn’t get another card because the card machine wasn’t working. So I would need to go to front desk to ask them to let me in my room. Apparently new people checking in didn’t even get a card and this was how they gained access to their room. Courtney was a great help and very friendly. The vent in my room was also very loud like a car motor. We weren’t about to change rooms because most of the rooms were dirty and there was 0 housekeeping there so no one could clean the rooms. I was there from Friday to Sunday morning and I have never seen a hotel where literal garbage and trash from the rooms is left outside each room door all weekend! Needless to say I would never stay here again nor any Comfort Inn accommodations. The staff was the only saving grace because they were excellent.

One of the best facilities we have stayed at. Price, parking, clean, comfortable excellent wish we had made this our first stop. Thank you for being a great place to stay.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several service and operational issues. We had reserved two rooms and specifically requested that they be located next to each other. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the room assignments had been mixed up and that no adjacent rooms were available. This was inconvenient, especially since the request had been made in advance. Another significant issue was that our room key cards frequently failed to work. Nearly every time we returned to our rooms, we had to visit the front desk to have the keys reactivated. We were told that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that this was causing system issues. While we understand that renovations can create temporary challenges, guests should be informed in advance, and rooms should only be made available when they are fully operational and ready for occupancy. Additionally, the booking indicated that breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet reasonable expectations. More than 75% of the advertised food items were unavailable, and there was no staff present in the breakfast area to assist guests or explain the shortages. This resulted in a frustrating and disappointing experience. Overall, the stay did not meet the standards we expected. Better communication regarding the renovations, improved room readiness, and a properly managed breakfast service would have made a significant difference.

Place was perfect. Could I have stayed longer I would have.

The room was clean and comfortable. We received 2 coupons per adult for free drinks at the bar, which was really nice.

pet fees are very high, was half the price of the room
