Nice boutique motel. No issues.

Place was OK but it needs updating.

The staff was friendly, clean rooms, well-maintained pool, and yummy breakfast.

Nice location. We walked to the Branson Landing from here. Our room overlooked the creek and it was nice to drink beers in the evening while sitting on our porch.

To be honest for what I paid it wasn’t worth the price. When I stay somewhere I’d like to feel comfortable enough to take off my shoes and walk around the room but the carpet was so gross I couldn’t, the room itself had a very stale odor, the “Ozark Fun House” wasn’t the hype they make it on the website, staff was friendly, but overall not a homey or resort vacation vibe at all. Disappointed.

Everything went good my only complaint is the 1 BR townhouse was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. If you looking for peace and quiet with few people the townhouses are for you! A pricey but it was the holiday weekend so understandable and they also offered a gift card if you attended a 2 hour class but couldn’t make it.

Everything was nice and clean BUT our room was SO LOUD. The AC unit has a terribly loud hum to it so that you can’t even hear someone talking to you (it’s in the bathroom). And it also makes a loud BUZZZZZZ every 3 min or so. Then there were other mechanical noises coming from within the walls, that sounded like a garbage truck, but happened every so many minutes. I couldn’t believe it. Thankfully we had earplugs for sleep.
