The young lady at the front counter and the lady in the kitchen were great to deal with and were very helpful! The room was nice and clean. It would be helpful to have an outside garbage container. Appreciate the fact you are dog friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at the Big Bird Inn in Wawa. One thing that truly stood out was the amazing service, especially from Gemma, who was working in the breakfast area. Even though it was busy and she was the only one attending to everything, she still served with a pleasant smile and stayed calm, making sure the food trays were always stocked. You could really see she cared and was doing her best — it made a big difference in the overall experience. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect — close to the Wawa Goose, local attractions, and convenient stores. I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and ample parking. Overall, the hospitality, comfort, and especially the food service made this stay memorable. Highly recommend if you're passing through or exploring the Wawa area!
