It was a good stay

It is a lovely hotel as far as the rooms and the decor. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. But it is some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered especially at a hotel that’s supposed to be higher caliber. And the food in the restaurant was almost inedible for dinner. But the staff and how they treated customers really made it a negative experience. We will not be back.

Had a great time

Overall a good stay. Check in was unpleasant; though we paid in full with expedia the hotel had some internal problem with expedia and were treating us like we hadn’t paid. After 9.5 hours in the car, not getting a warm welcome was unpleasant. Outside a stain on the carpet floor and an elliptical machine that was broken, the hotel was clean and nice. Above average continental breakfast.

Got breakfast coupons bc my room was taken, but the breakfast service is a cluster where you have to order off the menu at the register and once a family of four appears, there is a ten minute wait. The order taker is also the food runner. The whole process is useless. Many other hotel choices in the very same area. Time to go elsewhere. This place has gone downhill for many reasons.

I have stayed there for years. The clerk was very helpful and accommodating. I just wish they had biscuits and gravy for a breakfast option. Better room freshener. I would recommend this hotel for the price.
