Trash overflowing in lobby on a busy Sat. Room service trays outside elevators all day I alerted front desk that one of lobby toilets appeared clogged and disgusting. They barely looked up from their phones.

Perfect location

The hotel was nice with a spacious and comfortable room. Location was perfect and the gym super with new equipment. They had a free filtered water station. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room as it is said here on hotels.com.

The tv on the dresser should be switched with the desk to make television viewing from bed better. It is very far away and not great for both sides of the bed. A nightstand on left would be nice as well. Staff was great and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend.

I have stayed here for almost 50 years. It’s so nice that this place is still there when I come “home”. But lately, recent renovations, care and upkeep seem to give it new life. The place has a real energy now.
