Warm Springs Vacation Packages

I have stayed in several Studio 6 across the country, as I drive back and forth. I stay in them since they have a full fridge. I did not see this in the pictures and called the hotel and was assured there would be a full fridge. Got there, not one suite had a full fridge. This is NOT a studio 6 but a Motel 6. And the room we were given had windows that faced the pool. No outside windows. We heard all the noise in the pool. There were girls playing loud music in the pool at 9:30. Asked staff to get them to turn it down. They said the pool was open until 11 and they couldn't. I yelled at them and they finally did. Then at 4 am, there were boys in the pool. The desk staff let them in. Despite the pool was closed. Worst staff ever.

Overall this was a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly and my family enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately we also ran into a couple issues that made the stay uncomfortable. We were put on the fourth floor which was alright but when morning came and I went to shower there wasn’t any hot water. I had to wait 45 minutes to shower. This happened both mornings of my stay. Also I found several spots in my rooms that hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were q tips on the closet floor. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel.
