"Convenient, intimate & friendly"
Staff throughout the stay were very helpful & friendly. The premises is nothing like your impersonal resort but it does have a lovely pool to cool off in (not swim laps), and lovely BBQ & pool-side lounges and space. The rooms were well maintained & cleaned with all your usual creature comfort supplies topped-up daily.

"Quiet and Comfortable"
I stayed here for 15 days and had an apartment on the 9th floor. It was small but had all the amenities I needed. I liked being able to cook my own meals. It was quiet and close to downtown and if you are a runner or walker central to everything including the Mindel Beach and Night Markets, the Waterfront, Stokes, etc. and located close to the bus line for any public transportation you might need and the grocery store and liquor store. It is within walking distance of the busy MItchel Street and night life but away from the nose of that. It has a small gym and very small dip pool but that was fine for me. The included breakfast if very basic but again fine. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. My only complaint would be that I would have like my room swept more often. Deep house cleaning is limited to once per week although they do come in and do towels and make the bed. But again, fine. I like that they give their cleaning staff holidays and Sundays off so then there is no cleaning.

A nice modern hotel which in a good location. The hotel is actually connected to the walkway which takes you into the town centre. The rooms are nice and modern with everything you would expect TV, tea / coffee, ihome system, free wifi, nice comfy bed. Parking was in the connected multi story car park and was AUS$10 per night which was reasonable. It is in a nice area down by the marina and surrounded by resteraunts.

"Fancy and ideal hostel to stay in the CBD"
This is the third hostel that I have been lived in Darwin CBD, compare to the previous two hostel, Crocodilly has more appropriate price, which actually is the cheapest one atm, the hostel facilities are quite new, every room has own bathroom and refrigerator. They have a nice pool as well, so far it's extremely clean and deep enough as i noticed. To regard with the staff here, a thai lady who is enthusiastic about her job and very friendly to everyone. Manager is a reliable person as well, always looking after backpackers‘ safety...

"Location and Value for Money"
This hotel I thought had great value for money; I booked the two bedroom non serviced unit. There was two bathrooms, balcony as well which was nice. The pros were: nice spacious room. Room condition was nice. 5-10 minute walk to entertainment areas in the city. Restaurant there is really good. Beds are comfy. Cons: Our air conditioner in the lounge room/kitchen did not work and would only get fixed when we left as there was no repairers available, however there was an air conditioner in each bedroom and the whole unit didn't seem that warm. Also the staff gave myself and my brother (who was in the other bedroom) free breakfast every day which definitely made up for this. Also the bedroom which wall is connected to the outside hall has a window which means you can see in and out of that bedroom if the curtains aren't closed, which I though was really odd. Even when the curtains were closed at night the room was bright, this is probably the most annoying aspect of staying here. Overall I greatly enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

"Good central location"
I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it had all we needed for a comfy stay. Just a few short steps and you are in Mitchell street, the Restuarant hub of the City. Bonus also having a large Coles supermarket within 2 minutes walk. Comfortable walking distance to the Wharf, Foreshore, Wave pool - about 10 to 15 mins.

Warf Precinct is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Warf Precinct, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Warf Precinct hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
