Staff were friendly. Easy check in. Perfect location. The room was mostly clean. Hair in the corner of the bathroom z there was not cleaning service, I had to ask for extra towels as they were not replenished. Lots of flies at the outside restaurant…. Hard to eat our food. Room was cold

The room was not clean enough,sheets and pillows has a dirty smell,no shampoo,lotion or soap in bathroom..

Great staff, amazing room. Very clean, shower water pressure and having plenty of hot water. The view is spectacular. Great location. Just wish the beds were a little bigger. But maybe I should loose some weight😅. Definitely will return again.

Please be prepared to pay LOTS of hidden fees at check in on top of the Expedia price. This is not what normally happens to me with Expedia. This hotel charges lots of fees on top of the Expedia price. Also after I was checked in had other people access the room..without my knowledge ..l was shocked to find other people in the room after I had checked in after returning to the room. With the price I paid he too was marginal. Wouldn’t stay here again sadly unless I get a some sort of refund, Stop with the hidden fees and protect guests privacy.

The property is close and convenient to many different locations in VA Beach. Kitchenette was nice to have to save money on food. Staff were friendly.
