The staff are exceptionally friendly but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to improve and updates need to happen. Daily housecleaning is offered but the hotel needs some more attention. A profound deep cleaning and paint job. Gym was great and location is not too bad. Pool cleanliness is questionable so I avoided it. You can always get about using local taxi apps. And walk down 30min to have a nicer area on the beach. Direct beach near hotel is a fishing community with shacks so best walk further down the beach to avoid horrible smells from the shack. Nice supermarket and local inexpensive tea shop “Tea Time” are near 1-5 min walks.

The water from bathroom flow into tge room if i use the shower, theey was not help, sleepingbwas very bad, 2 phones in the room blue light was blinking all the night, we couldn't sleep well, the swimming pool was small,, its very unexpected for a new ihg group hotel, staff was not cooperative,

The hotel is new and very nice, with friendly and helpful staff. It has very nice pool,

The property was just like I excepted it but we were 2 people in the room and there was only a pair of slippers and also there where not bathrobe available, either coffee or tea bags. But the service was great ✨

The staff, food and spa services were beyond exceptional. As a transit passenger I was very relaxed. If the hotel car service was great!

Superb hotel with a fantastic location on cliff with easy access to a private beach. Lovely swimming pools and excellent facilities. All 5 restaurants had a good choice of well presented and tasty food. The room was incredibly spacious and well furnished, huge bed, great shower. The hotel offered a free daily shuttle bus to three sightseeing locations. Taxi service on site.
