Well kept and great front desk staff.

I like to stay at the Finch because everything is always as it should be. From check-in to departure, I have never had an issue.

Knowledgeable staff, good references for downtown activities.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is quiet. I’d recommend walking down to Elk drug for their old fashioned soda fountain and walking through the historic train depot.

Our suite was very spacious. The kitchenette includes a dorm-sized fridge and microwave, ice bucket, little coffee maker, and two wine glasses. The front desk staff (Anna Grace) was very helpful. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, but they did not make up the beds when they visited our room for one time during our trip (although they did refresh towels and empty the garbage, which was much appreciated.) This hotel is walkable to a lot of downtown Walla Walla restaurants and shops.
