Nice, very clean rope. A/C worked great! The room was quiet and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again

Nice structure. No cold water in tap in a.m. in either room.Refrigerator froze over. We had to change rooms. No microwaves in rooms. Carpets not clean in corners. Parking is additional $32/night. Would not recommend. Check in/out staff were friendly.

The water pressure in my shower was terrible. Beyond that the stay was great. The staff is helpful and friendly and I was near pretty much everything Omaha has to offer. Would stay here again.

Place is fine, very clean but reason for my 3 starts the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming but I was glad the cleanliness showed. Kind and professional staff.

Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Nothing was terrible, but the room wasn’t the quality I expected. The staff were excellent and were definitely the biggest positive in our stay. Bed was tolerable but again it wasn’t as good as what I typically find in Hiltons. Just felt like it needed some TLC upgrades. I chose it because of the hotel chain which I tend to favor but this one just fell short of the Hilton name. Again, the lobby looked great and the staff were fantastic.

Did not like that you had to pay for parking on top of your hotel room fee. Staff was excellent but parking options not so great.

The entire hotel has old world glamorous character. The pool is very relaxing and wonderful service.
