We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Al-Manara Hotel in Aqaba for four nights with my wife and two children. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning—elegant design, immaculate cleanliness, and breathtaking views of the Red Sea. The staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, always attentive and smiling. The kids loved the swimming pools and the private beach area, while we enjoyed the delicious variety of food at the restaurant, which catered to all tastes. The location is perfect, close to the city center and the beautiful sea promenade. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly memorable and relaxing. We left with beautiful memories and highly recommend Al Manara to any family looking for a luxury getaway in Aqaba. We can't wait to come back…

The location is central and perfect to access the beach, local shops, and king Hussain mosque. The rooms were spacious and clean and staff very welcoming and attentive. Taxi available just outside of hotel. Money exchange and decent hammam within walking distance. Food was absolutely amazing! Only criticism is that decor was a little dated and the place does generally smells of smoke.

This property was extremely disappointing and disorganized from check-in through our whole stay. Breakfast was included in what we paid, but instead of simply providing breakfast, the hotel gives QR codes to use at several restaurants. If they do not send the codes or have the wrong number of guests listed—even though we provided the correct count—the restaurant refuses to serve you. Getting it corrected takes forever, and we had problems almost every day trying to eat breakfast or reach the front desk. Worse, if one person from a room used breakfast, staff would sometimes mark all four guests as having eaten. Then the other three had to prove they had not eaten, despite breakfast already being paid for. Imagine paying for breakfast and then having to argue with the restaurant and hotel just to receive it. The property feels unorganized, is not clean, and has almost no clear instructions. Even valet is strange: they give no ticket. You have to describe your vehicle and identify your own key. The pools are actually at the Hyatt, not Cloud 7. Entering Hyatt felt like entering a secure facility, again requiring QR codes. We purchased snacks without anyone telling us outside food was prohibited, and they simply took the food from us when we entered. We lost food we had just paid for. For a property charging these rates, the experience should be cleaner, smoother, and better organized. The constant confusion made what should have been a relaxing stay unnecessarily frustrating.
