The staff was quiet and straight to the point. Wasn’t overly that friendly. We booked a 2 queen room non smoking for 2 adults and 2 kids. Check in: they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to get with expedias tech support to help get this resolved. They did however end up resolving it fairly quick. That being said they found us a room and didn’t count for 2 extra people. So we were lacking towels. The towels had yellow stains all over them. Our door had the top locking latch broken. So we didn’t have that extra security in the back of our minds sleeping. When getting in bed the sheets had a humid/wet feel.

The room was clean the towels had stains on them, possibly old wine stains. The breakfast was subpar muffins in a package, hot coffee, dry cereal, and waffles. With no condiments wasn’t really worth the price I paid.

The hotel never got the reservation from Travelocity and Travelocity took more than an hour to do nothing except say the hotel was at fault. Terrible service by the hotel and Travelocity. Disgusted consumer.

There was a roach on me in bed. When I went to leave I open the room door and there was a mouse at the door. It ran down the hall. Terrible experience

The room was average but you can tell the hotel is outdated. Only had basic TV and to have white towels dingy with green stains on them but I took my own towels. There was no breakfast and the surrounding grounds look horrible. You would think you were in a desert if you didn’t know where you were
