The staff was very nice, but it seemed like a lot of them were new or still in training. At check in, I requested that I pay the $150 pet fee with cash and the staff member told me I could pay in cash at check out. Upon checking out I was told that they don’t accept cash that I would have to charge it to the card on file. It was a big inconvenience. Also they had nothing but a small strip of grass on the side of the building for a pet potty area.

Housekeeping did not come on the day we needed them to but was knocking on the door on checkout day at 9 am and again at 10:15 am when checkout was 12pm. Hotel is situated in a very weird location road noise is loud.

We liked the breakfast, 24/7 large gym & the lobby area is beautiful. Our room the toilet was malfunctioning and my husband called front desk they said they would send maintenance and no one ever came… my husband was able to fix the toilet himself. There were some people vaping in the elevator at one point. Overall, I would stay here again!
