It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)

Excellent location and service

The location is not good for tourise. Quite far from the old town. Plus the hotel is bit old.

It is the only 5 star hotel in town but expect a 3 star experience at best. We arrived to our room with no shampoo. The hand soap had a long hair wrapped around it. The scale did not have battires and had disgusting foot prints on it. Gym is tiny and very few equipment. 3 people can hardly fit. Not enough machines. The concierge desk is always empty and non responsive. You need to track down employees to get your car and etc. Some of the employees are rude until you remind them that you are a hotel guest and need better service. Except - Alen and Ensar at the restaurants were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. They were very understanding and flexible with our allergies. 15 mins from airport.
