The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotel’s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return

Great location

The bathtub was nice and overall the room was clean and fine. Location has its pros and cons as its located off the main shopping street but that means there is street noise both late and early morning from people along with church bells. It's located up two flights of stairs with no elevator so keep that in mind in terms of luggage and the exterior walkway lights outside the bathroom are fairly bright and shine into the sleeping area with minimal ways to darken the room.
