Room was clean and bed was good, front desk lady was nice….but toilet seat was broken, shower/tub water pressure issue, barely switched over from the tub to the shower so minimal water came out of the showerhead, air conditioner also worked very poorly, and the front cover was broken off of it

The room was lovely and clean, the staff was very courteous, and the free breakfast was amazing. This is easily a 4-5 star rating EXCEPT - we booked with this hotel specifically because of their ratings and the indoor pool. We were traveling as a family group to attend a funeral with several young children. No where in the website did it say the pool was closed for renovations. Very disappointing for the kiddos - and me! Please make sure and disclose such things - we would have made an alternate choice.
