Very comfortable resort to stay in but if you plan on staying here be warned that it is VERY far from everything. Minimum 40+ commute just to go to any touristy areas. Also renting a car is a must here, we were paying 50+ dollars per ride just because of how far out it is and had multiple drivers cancel on us because of the distance. (If you are young/want to experience the PR nightlife this is definitely not the area to stay in, its too far too comfortably/consistently go out).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The studio room included a kitchenette equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and a small fridge. The hotel also provided detergent, a sponge, plates, and laundry detergent. The room was clean, and there was a washer and dryer located outside. The hotel offered cleaning services every other day. On-site amenities included direct access to Dorado Beach, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a kiddie pool, two jacuzzi, and a basketball court. However, the basketball court was somewhat worn and lacked lighting at night. You would definitely need a car to get around, as there were limited activities in Dorado. The nearest restaurant was approximately a 7-10 minute drive away.

This resort was the perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy a relaxing vacay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating; the property and our room were extremely clean (which I’m SUPER picky about); the food at the on-site restaurant was good; and all of the amenities were perfect for the low-key trip we were looking for. Will definitely be visiting again!

I enjoyed this property and the staff. Second time staying here and I would stay a 3rd time. The dedication all the staff has to welcome guests, making you feel right at home is the reason why I continue to come back. I solo traveled and they made sure I felt safe. From a quick call to the front desk your needs were met. Staying for 9 nights could feel overwhelming to most but the maids will come by every 2 days to help you feel back on track. If that be needing new sheets, re-stock towels or any disposables they did not hesitate to accomplish your needs even before ever needing it ( I found myself saying that a lot). I would highly recommend this place as your vacation home. The beaches are private. You have seats and shade at your request. The bar is awesome and the food is great. Being a vegetarian I have limited options on food but i was happy they accommodated to the menu and have more then a handful of options to choice from. I’m grateful and will be back next year

The rooms having shared laundry and a small kitchenette were some of the best features. The bed was super comfy and the couch convenient. Honestly best stay I have ever had! Will be coming back!

Well, I will begin when we checked in. I booked two rooms, obviously together and when I checked in they did not have two rooms not only next to each other but not even on the same floor. So one room was on floor 2 the other floor 7. In the evening after it rained, there were hundreds of bugs in the pool so we could not use it. Also, there were signs up at the beach that it was strongly advised that you don’t swim due to the strong current. So couldn’t use the beach either. The only restaurant they have is outside and we were surrounded by flies and bugs while eating so only ate there once. There were tiny little ants inside the hotel room in the kitchen area and we couldn’t keep any food in the room at all. I did complain and they came and sprayed the area but at that point my food i had was already ruined. I asked for towels at the desk as we were leaving for the day and the woman was viability and verbally annoyed with me for “expecting the towels as i waited downstairs” since their rule is to deliver the towels to our room, as if I would know that? My son had ordered a towel the day before and she said he knew but remember he was put in a different room and floor than i was on so no i didn’t know that. He don’t specify their rules to me. I won’t stay here again when I return to PR.
