I recently stayed at the Comfort Regency Hotel in Cary, NC, Wednesday-Sunday unfortunately, my experience was mixed. Pros: The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had nice, hot water with good water pressure. The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was okay with a decent selection. Cons: There were several issues that affected my stay. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, which was very concerning and made the bathroom feel unclean. I also found a press-on nail by the dresser, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The TV never worked during my stay. There was also a lot of construction going on at the hotel. While I was working on Friday, the internet completely went down, and I had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to work, which was very inconvenient. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping service. The housekeeper only offered to clean my room one day during my stay. Overall, there were some positives, particularly the comfortable bed, hot shower, working air conditioning, and breakfast. However, the mold in the bathroom, cleanliness issue, broken TV, construction noise/disruption, internet outage, and limited housekeeping made the stay less enjoyable than I expected. I hope management addresses these issues because the hotel has potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Surprisingly we had a noisy stay. Our room apparently was next to a space hotel staff entered frequently throughout our stay. We could hear doors closing and details of conversations. Spa services were good but no better than other spa services at franchise chains. Nice hotel but overpriced for the experience.

The Landing Apartment was great. Perfect location, clean and very walkable to explore the city. Only small thing is I would have liked something in the shower to put your toiletries on. Otherwise it was perfect and the food hall across the street was an amazing bonus. Would definitely stay there again!

Property was clean and perfect for my stay. It was close to UNC and other shops in Chapel Hill. Check in and finding the unit was a little confusing but I would definitely stay again!

The surroundings were secluded and peaceful but the hotel was close to shopping and other attractions. The interior, breakfast, ping pong, exercise room. We'll be back soon just for the peace of it.

Stay was convenient, staff was kind but hotel is noisy, needs an update and my shower had zero hot water. Was offered no solution by staff nir maintenance.
