We loved the upgrade to higher floor. The view from the balcony was amazing. Staff was super nice and attentive! Cabs were always lined up to take you anywhere you want. The location was perfect since you could walk to yaletown shops and amazing restaurants and bars.

The location was perfect for a concert at the Orpheum and then a quick trip to the airport. I hate when people use the shower as a urinal as the smell lingers, and it seemed that was the case with the bathroom. Everything was clean, but that smell…..

This property is absolutely disgusting. Worn out. You feel itchy as soon as you walk in the room. Blankets and pillows are also thin and cheap. Air Conditioner barely worked. I had to purchase a fan.!!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Vancouver and had a comfortable experience overall. The location is fantastic—close to everything you’d want to see and do in the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transit. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made the stay more enjoyable. That said, the hotel itself feels a bit dated. While everything worked just fine, the rooms and common areas could definitely benefit from some updates. A more modern touch in the decor and amenities would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. If you're looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Vancouver, this hotel is a solid choice. With a little bit of love and modernization, it could easily become a top-tier option.

Very spacious. Excellent area to stay in if you are going to an event near by at Rogers Arena or BC Place. You are paying for convince. Parking lot not easy to get to via GPS and very tight if you have a truck. Great place to stay.
