We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean and the bed was very comfortable but some areas are tired looking and need refurbishment.

Excellent hotel, we booked the Moda Suite. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The location was great and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Good location and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our only gripe was with the configuration of the mini room. The layout was so bad that it was virtually impossible to access the wardrobe but staff were helpful in upgrading us to a standard room for small fee. Also, the breakfast in the linked cocktail bar was poor and so we ended up going to a restaurant nearby in Granville Street. .

Good Hotel for a Bed and Shower

Hotel is good if you need a place to sleep and a shower for a night or two. It is fairly outdated and the beds were not very comfortable but for the price it was fine. My room was on the 3rd floor and could hear people walking above me all night and you can hear people in the hallway. Room was small but was big enough for just sleeping.

Staff and check in were excellent. Parking is available across the street for a fee. First you have to park behind the hotel to check in and instructions for parking will be provided. The room was very spacious but the decor is from the 80s and there was a musty smell probably from the age of the building. Overall it's a good value for location in the heart of downtown Vancouver and an ok place to stay for a night or two.

Pictures are deceiving, room was smaller than expected, weird smell throughout the whole hotel that you can tell was attempted to be masked by strong cleaner. Very noisy and thin walls. Acted as nothing more than a place to rest our heads.

Even though we only stayed one night we found the service to be excellent. Loved the small boutique feel of the property. Front desk staff were very helpful and sent out of their way to assist us. We were able to check in hours early and when told our luggage was being delivered later they told us not to worry because they would take care of it. When we returned they told us the luggage had arrived and they put it safely in our room. They offered restaurant suggestions and assisted in obtaining a taxi for us for the next morning to the airport. I’d definitely stay here again if in Vancouver.

Great place to stay. Ideal with restaurants and liquor store being attached to building. Love the location. Staff is incredible. Forgot a shirt and they helped get it back to me across the country. Have stayed there before and will stay again.
