We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Atrium. The front desk people were helpful and welcoming. Having on-site parking and breakfast was definitely a welcome feature. The breakfast was good. Free garage parking was really appreciated. We asked for a quiet room on the back side away from the busy street, and we were very satisfied. The view of the mountains was nice. The location was between our tourist destinations, so that was convenient.

Reception staff on day of check in very friendly and helpful. New staff next day , not so helpful. Hotel has a coin operated laundry but doesn't carry any coins for guests to be able to use it. Room was okay but bathroom needs updating, eg patch in bathtub very unsightly. Balcony has no seating and needs a good clean.
