I love this hotel. The fall decorations are adorable. When I checked in the room was clean but there had obviously been a work crew in the bathroom caulking and hadn’t fully cleaned up. I alerted the front desk and was immediately moved to a lovely cleaned suite. The onsite restaurant is also great.

The room was a little rundown. The air conditioner/heating unit was so loud in the bedroom of our suite that it was like sleeping in the engine room of a commercial fishing vessel. Eventually shutting it down and opening the window which was also another kind of noisy.

Amazing place

Your staff is Five star! Hotel needs updating badly. My far the worst Four Seasons we have stayed in. On the day of check-in, our flight was delayed and we got in at 2:30 in the morning had room service and it was an edible. Your staff indicated they would remove the charges, but I see we were still charged for them as well.

The location was excellent, staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the upgraded our room too.
