I don’t usually write reviews but I loved everything about this place. From the individually styled rooms to the chair carved out of the stump of an old sycamore tree at the top of a flight of metal steps. Everything has been put together with such thought and care.

BEST HOTEL EVER! Tesla Euro road trip.

GO HERE NOW! Amazing hotel! We picked this randomly while looking for a stop on the way to Paris. We should have skipped Paris and stayed here for 4 days instead. We're still in awe of this hidden gem and are already planning our return next summer. The staff went so far out of the way to accommodate us it was almost embarrassing. They literally spent an hour calling people and setting up a location so we could charge our Tesla overnight! We had planned on a quick stop in Valence the next day before heading to the next charging location but instead we woke to a full battery and were given detailed maps to a castle ruins we could explore. Phenomenal! Countless activities and beautiful scenery. LOVED THIS PLACE! If you are driving a Tesla they will arrange charging, go there now. If you are driving a regular car, go there now. :-)

Very interesting place!

We stayed in the Finland themed building - our own little house in the grounds! Couple of grumbles - no one was in reception when we arrived or left and the number to call didn't work. Coffee pod machine in the room - but no coffee pods and no-where to buy them. No kettle or toaster in the kitchen? Apart from that, lovely grounds and a great experience - definitely not your usual hotel experience!

Amazing trip!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in all ways! I had found it and thought it would be fun to stay in a themed room!! Well the hotel and its grounds were just stunning! The staff were beyond accommodating to me and my family giving us ideas for dinner and trips. The breakfast was very abundant including a mix of pastries, cheeses jams etc.I will for sure stay here again!

Excellent place to stay in the French countryside

One of the principals, Jerry, was exceptionally hospitable. The entire staff was very friendly and made our stay extremely enjoyable. It's a very quaint place in the French country, and has unique accommodations and beautiful grounds. Overall we were very pleased with this place. We biked, and could have done the zipline and used the small raft, but didn't make the time to do it.
