The staff were so friendly and helpful! After-hours self-check in was convenient and easy. The place was very quiet, restful, and comfortable. It is not very conveniently located, but it wasn't inconvenient either. Everything in town is reachable by bus or walking.

Pleasant stay in Umea

Solo traveller. Hotel is away from the main town center and is quiet as a result. This may not suit everyone as there is little in the way of eateries nearby. Being attached to an auto service station is not a problem. Good and friendly service from the staff.

Friendly, some nice areas inside

Seems to be related to the gas station in some way, but don't let this put you off! It's in a good location if you want to go forest walking or to the swimming pool, and only a short walk into the middle of town. Inside has some nice 'outdoor' feeling room with a couple of sofas and a TV with books to read.

Rummet kändes lite som en skrubb, eftersom det inte fanns några fönster utåt, utan bara mot matsalen..?! För mig var detta klaustrofobiskt, då jag absolut inte gillar att känna mig instängd och "hotellkänslan" försvann. Papperskorgen var inte tömd vid ankomsten och det luktade väldigt starkt av ngt rengöringsmedel (det kan ha varit gardinerna som orsakade obehaget). Mycket nys och hosta blev det iaf. Frukosten var inte klar vid den utlovade tiden (kl 8 på lörd) Personalkontakt: 0
