We found the property was a fun environment. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the place was extremely quiet. I cant wait to go back.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check-in and check-out, very nice accommodations, and a unique space which was so nice. I would definitely stay again.

The building is in a perfect spot if you want access to restaurants, shops, a casino and walking along the Lake. I was traveling alone as an older female and felt comfortable walking in the downtown area and down by the Lake. It's unfortunate that the hotel doesn't have their own parking lot. I parked in the Casino parking lot across the street from the hotel for the night. The cost was $16.00 for a 24 hour time period. There was plenty of room but I was there on a Monday night. The room was spotless and decorated wonderfully for the time period of the building. Lots of history happened in that building I'm sure. The hallways were clean and time period decorated. I am not used to checking into a hotel totally online, with no front desk with a person manning it. My check-in went fairly well but it would have been nice to have a person to ask questions. I was really hoping there would have been a drink machine in the building but I couldn't find one. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would stay there again.

We arrived late and were happy the bar was still open, the bar staff was great. We didn’t notice until the morning our dirty our room was, looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile.

Beautiful new resort hotel on the shore of Lake Superior, with spectacular views of the lake and the Lift Bridge. Walkable to many of Duluth's amenities and attractions, and the complementary shuttle service is great. The restaurant was a little slow at breakfast time.
