Twin Bridges Vacation Packages

This is a new property and it has nice amenities. I did not have any problems with the physical property. My only problem occurred at check-in. When I walked up to check-in, there was about five people in line and only one front desk clerk. The front desk clerk was doing the best she could. But after she checked down a couple of people, she politely excused herself to go get someone to help. She was gone for about five minutes getting someone. When she came back, she brought someone who appeared to be a manager named Natasha. I was the first person that Natasha checked in. Natasha‘s facial expression look like she did not appreciate being asked to help. Natasha was not friendly at check-in. That is an understatement. I was being checked in by someone who actually was rude to me while listening to the front desk clerk beside me, checking in people and being very polite. I just want upper management of this hotel to know that Natasha definitely needs some training in the art of hospitality.

Outstanding stay! There were six of us in several rooms, and everything was wonderful. The rooms were perfect, and the staff was professional and so helpful. The breakfast was something to write home about—delicious! The breakfast staff kept everything stocked and spotless. As a travel planner, I would happily recommend this hotel to my clients. It was a perfect choice for our group!

Room was very well appointed and clean. We travel with a large dog and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy access. Breakfast was very good!
