The room was perfect! Good food options as well! However I have to say the check in process was not. You check in via kiosk, which is fine but when I had a question the person standing there to answer questions was very cold and unhelpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Shower had great space and water pressure. However, the express check-in didn’t work so we had to stand in line for an hour to get checked in. Our room wasn’t ready (check-in time was 4:00 and we were checking in closer to 5:00), Wi-Fi was terrible (it said, we maxed out our devices, which wasn’t true), and parking was a problem (our room key never worked when leaving or entering the property, so we had to call for help each time). The location can’t be beat, so if you can deal with some of these hiccups, it’s a great place for the price.

Horrible service, smells like cigarettes even when you just walk in the lobby. No real check in and no one to help the workers ignore you when you ask them any questions.

Very nice facility, very expensive.
