For a Budget inn and the price, it is a good deal. Rooms are a little outdated but the linens are clean, the air conditioners work great and are loud enough to drown out the major thoroughfare. Clean property, friendly staff and safe and secure.

Room was never cleaned. No toilet paper. Was told when we took soiled linens to office that we shouldn’t come back at night any more. The check in was awful. The reservations were made for king room. Was told did not have one available. Was sent to double full room. And a king room the next day. Staff was rude. Very rude.

The staff was friendly at the front desk. But as soon as I got to my room I instantly knew I would not be staying the night. The sink and bathroom had not been cleaned from the guests before, and the toilet was disgusting. The fridge had an open drink from the previous guest. I stayed there for about 20 minutes and left, and immediately found a different hotel. If there is any way to get a refund, please let me know. Thank you.
