Turtle Lake Vacation Packages

Was nice newly renovated building and very helpful front desk ladies and breakfast was great. Price is amazing for our stay.

The front desk lady was rude when my husband asked for a receipt for work. We have never had a problem anywhere getting a receipt at checkout. She finally told him she would email him one and would not print it.

⭐ 1 Star — Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability Extremely disappointed with our experience. At check-in, we were told our stay had been extended, only to find out later that the hotel employee had failed to process it correctly. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they openly admitted the mistake was on their end but still attempted to charge us a higher rate to stay. As a result, our family of four had to frantically pack our belongings and leave unexpectedly. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Despite politely pointing out the situation, we received no apology, no effort to honor the original arrangement, and no attempt to make things right. We were in Bismarck for our daughter's medical procedure, and the last thing we needed was unnecessary stress caused by the hotel's mistake. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this hotel demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic customer service. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

Old run down. Don't stay there.

Not a bad location. Needs some upgrades but for location and price. Worth it!
