Every staff member who I was in contact was phenomenal!! From the front desk to the dining manager. The athestitics of the hotel was beautiful. Some of the softest sheets Ive felt in a hotel and most comfortable pillows. Loved this hotel.

Great location. Staff were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was very, very hard to see, read, or use any switch/button in the hotel. The elevator buttons were made invisible by the lighted item immediately next to them. The switches in the room were very hard to see, and it was not easy to work out what the switches controlled what lights. Not well thought through.

Great location!!! Small, but clean rooms. Mall connected to the hotel. Free airport shuttle, Fair breakfast. I get tired of seeing Asians offer us raw bacon. Eggs soupy. They do have eggs to order, but they always turned out runny or hard. Next to the train station. If you’re still reading, well, the mattresses were not comfortable. Hard, but sink in spots.
