The staff went above and beyond everyday to help us navigate life in Nairobi.

Room and hotel are very clean. Bathroom amenities were all expired as of Jan. 26. Shower was dangerous…very slippery with no grab bar and no shelf for soap/shampoo. I put a towel on shower floor to keep from slipping. The shower also flooded the bathroom floor big time and we needed towels to wipe it up. Front desk phone was not always answered and when it was, and a request was made, it took a very long time to get what was needed and sometimes it required a second call. Lights on our floor (11) and 12 were not on and it was quite dark…other floors were lit. Airport transfers were available for $25 each way even though some sites showed free airport transportation. Also, the website mentioned a daily Managers Party…ummm no. Not the best place that I’ve stayed.

Hi, The hotel was clean but very mediocre and basic. I would rate it 2 or 3 stars at most. The area surrounding the hotel appeared to be a little rough. Now, there is a great restaurant near this hotel that was awesome! I think it was called "Carnivor" or something like this. Very good food, staff, and atmosphere.

It’s a great hotel nearby the airport … very clean and very professional staff .. stayed here last last TL year and still is the same in terms of quality.. surely will come back again in the near future
