Period furnishing attractive. Climate controlled air conditioning refreshing. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Breakfast choices varied and delicious. Staff courteous and helpful. Would book again .

Disrepair. Dirty. Room reeked of paint. Old stained living room furniture. Very loud with steps of kids running upstairs in the hallways until into the later evening hours. SignificantPaint chipping all along the hallways. Many stains on the carpeting in the hallways and room.

Staff was great.. friendly and attentive. Grounds were beautiful. Food was very good. Great stay!

Room was modern and very clean

Our rooms had a musty smell even with the AC running the whole time. There was no soap dispenser at our bathroom sink, asked for one and it was corrected immediately. Bathrooms were small, and the vanity had little room for toiletries, but a shelving unit above the toilet did help. Breakfast was limited-no fruit, no eggs, no meat, we had to ask for cereal to be filled on the 1st day and the second day there wasn't any at all. The refrigerator with the juice was not cold enough. They did provide a double water dispenser but was not refilled unless we asked for it to be refilled. Breakfast staff was not attentive to details and refill needs. Penn Yan was a walkable town, and we enjoyed the area's beauty and wineries.
