We have stayed at the plaza well over 10 times and have always enjoyed our stay. On our last trip the bar was open but the service was not good and that’s our only complaint.

Nice location but left a day early without getting refunded back

Not a great place to stay. Dirty, noisy. Staff seemed bothered. The first night our room was an oven. They did switch rooms for our second night and it was much cooler. The hotel seems to have been remodeled and it looks like it was done by people who had no idea what they were doing.

Some of the staff was not at all interested in helping out. The other staff was very helpful. There was a nasty smell in the elevators and the the community restrooms were not very clean. No cookies in the afternoon. Just not up to the standards of other Holiday Inn Expresses that I’ve been at.
